Vanilla Ice Cream – Kenwood Ice Cream recipe

Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 large
Sugar – ¾ cup
Whipping cream – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup 
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons

Method:

  1. Break the eggs into the mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually whisk in the sugar
  4. Add the cream, milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Add to your ice cream maker following the manufacturer’s instructions. For the Kenwood, the gel-filled bowl needs to be frozen for 24 hours prior to use.
